Terms Conditions
• For security and transparency, cash payments are not accepted. Cash payment will only be accepted at our office premises against an official payment receipt.
• The customer is required to make full and final payment as per invoice terms. The company reserves the right to withhold delivery of goods until all outstanding payments are cleared.
• Any delay in payment beyond 15 days from the invoice date will attract interest @24% per annum.
• If there is any delay in payment after dispatch of the final bill, the goods will be held at the warehouse, and additional loading, unloading, and storage charges will be applied.
• If the goods are held at the warehouse due to the client, storage charges will be applicable on a per-day basis.
• If the goods exceed the booked vehicle capacity and another vehicle is required, additional charges will apply.
• If any vehicle is delayed due to the client, waiting charges per day will be applicable.
• The vehicle transportation charges are based on the present prevailing market rate.
• Stair carrying charges of ₹300 per floor will apply for goods moved through stairs at the pickup or delivery location
• Additional charges will be applicable for shuttle service due to access/parking restrictions, delivery to high-rise buildings, use of extra manpower, or handling of heavy items.
• Labour union charges, if applicable at any location, will be charged extra or paid directly by the client.
• Any local charges such as society fees, parking fees, or permissions at pickup or delivery locations will be borne by the client.
• Delivery date is only estimated date, no fixed date. Part load may take longer than estimated time.
• We or our agents shall not be responsible for any loss or damage caused due to accident, fire, collision, natural calamities, or any circumstances beyond control. Customers are advised to insure their goods.
• Insurance premium, if opted, must be paid before dispatch, and claims will be settled as per the insurance company’s terms and conditions.
• Claim Time Limit: If the damage is not visible at the time of delivery (concealed damage), the claim must be reported in writing along with photographic evidence before the labour team leaves the premises. Claims received after this time will be rejected.
• Claim Evaluation: The service provider or insurer will take 7 to 10 working days to evaluate the loss. If the claim is not covered under insurance, the company’s liability will be limited as per the quotation.
• Storage Post-Transit: If, due to the client’s request or failure to take delivery, the goods need to be stored after the agreed transit period, the goods will remain at the client’s risk and expense during storage.
• Refusal of Storage: If the client fails to pay storage charges, the company has the right to withhold delivery of the goods until all outstanding amounts are cleared.
• Proof of Delivery: Delivery shall be considered complete upon confirmation by the client via call, WhatsApp, email, or signature of the client or their authorized representative.
• Refund & Cancellation Policy: Once the booking is confirmed, any advance, token, and part payments are non-refundable. Cancellation or rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
• We are not responsible for gold, cash, or valuables. Please keep them in your own custody.
• Payment should be made in favor of the company through bank transfer, cheque, or approved digital payment modes.
• Jurisdiction: All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Noida.
• Acceptance of the invoice and services shall be considered as acceptance of all the above terms and conditions.
Note:
Please keep your cash, jewellery, and all-important documents in your custody/lock. Carrying liquor, cylinders, acids, or any type of liquids (such as oil, ghee, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
